    Hello,

I'm trying to use across (Windows) to control my iPhone via Bluetooth HID (Full Keyboard Access).

    My Environment:
    - across Server: Windows 11
    - Bluetooth adapter: Intel Wireless Bluetooth (built-in)
    - Client device: iPhone (latest iOS)
    - I use an assistive eye-tracking device (Tobii) for input, so I need a software-level solution -- hardware-only Bluetooth converters (like USB2BT PLUS) won't work for my use case.

    What I did:
    1. Installed across on Windows
    2. Pressed the [Add] button to start Bluetooth pairing
    3. The advertising timer started counting down (no errors shown)
    4. On iPhone: Settings > Bluetooth -- searched for devices
    What happened:
    - across shows "advertising" status with no error
    - iPhone never discovers the keyboard (PC name does not appear)
    - Device Manager shows 5x "Bluetooth HID Emulator" entries -- across drivers appear to be installed correctly
    - Other Bluetooth devices (headphones, speakers, external keyboard) all work fine on this PC

    What I suspect:
The Intel Wireless Bluetooth adapter does not support Bluetooth HID Peripheral role (acting as a keyboard). It only supports Host/Central role. This seems to be a hardware/firmware limitation of Intel's Bluetooth chipset.

    My Questions:
    1. Can you confirm that Intel built-in Bluetooth adapters are not supported for HID emulation in across?
    2. Is there a list of recommended/confirmed-working USB Bluetooth dongles for across HID emulation on Windows?
    3. What chipset should I look for when purchasing a USB Bluetooth dongle? (e.g., Broadcom, Qualcomm/CSR, Realtek -- which ones are known to work?)

Any specific product recommendations (model name, chipset) from users who have successfully paired with an iPhone would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hello, JaH,
Thanks for your interest in our across.
Please check whether across Server would work fine or not by using other client device (for example, other android phone/tabletpc, PC, ...) rather than your iPhone. If across Server works fine, I think you have to find the problem source from your iPhone.
